Steps:

1. Unplug the cable from your headset.
2. During your repair, it can be helpful to lay your headset on a soft cloth to stabilize it and prevent damage.

3. Firmly grip a cup with one hand, and with your free hand twist the ear pad counter-clockwise to unclip and remove it.
4. The pad should come off fairly easily. If it's not moving, twist the other direction.
5. Repeat the process to remove the other ear pad.
6. To install an ear pad, put it over the cup at a slight angle, push it in, and twist clockwise until the pad clicks into place.
