Steps:

  1. Make sure that the fan is turned off and unplugged to avoid injury.
  2. Remove the front grill cover by snapping it off.
  3. May require some force.

  5. Unscrew the cap in front of the blade by turning it to the right
  6. Step image
  7. Remove the old fan blade by pulling the blade forward off the central shaft.
  8. Step image
  9. Place the new fan blade on the central shaft.
  10. The central shaft is colored green.
  11. Align the two notches on the back of the fan blade with the two protrusions on the central shaft (circled in red).
  12. One protrusion is not pictured, but located opposite the circled protrusion.

  14. Screw the cap back on in front of the blade by turning to the left.

  16. Reattach the front grill cover
  17. Ensure that all of the clips on the fan cover are securely attached
