Steps:

1. Remove four 10.6 mm screws from the plastic cover with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
2. Remove the first plastic cover.

3. Remove twelve 10.6 mm screws from the second plastic cover with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
4. Remove the second plastic cover.

5. Remove two 10.6 mm screws holding the wheels in place with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
6. Remove the wheels.
7. The wheels do not need to be removed to access the motor.

8. Remove the motor and the brush arm.

9. Remove three 10.56 mm screws from the gear with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

10. Simply pull by the base of wires to remove them from the motor.
11. Remove the gear from the brush arm.
