Steps:

  1. Remove one Phillips screw.
  2. Very nice: You don't have to remove mouse feet to reach screws.

  4. Open the gap with your fingernail or the flat end of a spudger.
  5. Slide the upper part in direction of the mouse calbe. Use your other hand to hold the lower part of the mouse.
  6. Remove the upper part and put it aside.

  8. Lift the assembly of the mouse wheel.
  9. You can see two springs.
  10. Spring for haptical feedback while scrolling the mouse wheel.
  11. Spring for reset the position after a mouse wheel click.

  13. Pull out the USB cable from the bracket.
  14. Optional: Unplug the connector from the board.

  16. Lift the board in the front and pull it out in forward direction.

  20. Find the four plastic clips. They hold the two upper parts together.
  21. Release the two plastic clips at the back.
  22. Release the two plastic clips in the middle.
