Steps:

1. Turn off the water supply.

2. Pry off the faucet cap with a spudger.

3. Unscrew the knob with either a Phillips or a flathead screwdriver, depending on your faucet.
4. Remove the knob from the faucet.

5. Use a wrench to remove the nut from the faucet stem.

6. Remove the faucet stem using pliers.
7. Removing the stem can be very difficult so make sure you are stable and have control.

8. Use a paper towel to soak up any excess water in the area where the stem was located.

9. To replace the new stem, simply push it down into the hole.

10. When the stem is installed, screw in the nut over the stem with pliers.

11. Apply the knob and screw into the stem.

12. Lastly, Turn the water supply back on and watch the magic happen!
