Steps:

  1. Drivers for Xbox version
  2. Drivers for PlayStation version
  3. Press on the Windows button and type "Firmware Update" into the search.
  4. Unplug T248 from USB port.
  5. Keep it plugged-in to power
  6. Press and hold MODE button

  7. Keep holding the MODE button and connect it to USB port
  8. Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the button

  9. Your device should show up in Firmware Updater
  10. Press OK on the Firmware Updater and wait for update to complete
