Steps:

1. Gently lift the wiper blades away from the windshield until they remain upright and unsupported.
2. This position makes it easier to remove and replace the blades without damaging the windshield or wiper arms.

3. Squeeze the sides of the attachment and pull the latch up.

4. Push the ends of the attachment to release the wiper blade.
5. To detach the wiper blade from the hook, gently pull up, then push down.
