Steps:

1. Remove the lid from the InstantPot.
2. Examine the piece for any damage unrelated to the rubber ring.

3. Press into one of the four divots around the edge of the sealing ring.
4. Pinch the rubber sealing ring between two fingers.
5. Gently remove the seal until it's completely separated from the lid.

6. Insert the replacement ring.
7. Ensure the seal is completely inserterd into the grove on all sides.
