Steps:

1. Remove the handle base from stick portion of the vacuum for easiest handling. Press the indigo button and slide the handle base away from the stick.

2. Flip the handle base onto its left side and locate the grey button with an arrow pointing toward the dust cup.
3. Press the button and gently pull the dust cup from the motor and handle.

4. On the top of the dust cup, at the indigo end, the filters will be exposed.
5. The felt filter is on the top. Grab the orange tab and pull gently to remove it.

6. The thicker filter on the bottom is the pre-motor filter.
7. Pinch it gently to lift it out.

8. The post-motor filter is located inside the handle base and motor.
9. Flip the base so the handle is facing the ground.
10. Locate the two arrows pointing toward the circular center.
11. Pinch the grey circle and lift gently to remove the post-motor filter.
