Steps:

  1. Remove the ear pad the with iFixit opening tool.

  2. Unscrew the 6.5 mm screws around the speaker with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

  3. Lift up the speaker housing.
    4. Step image
  4. Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two 6.5 mm screws that secure the I/O board.

  5. Disconnect any connected cables then lift the I/O board up and out of the chassis.
