Steps:

1. Plug the Triplet ET200 in the outlet or extension cord that you are testing.
2. Before connecting your meter, make sure it is turned on and in the AC Voltage mode and that your range is either auto or over 150VAC
3. Using the 2 wholes marked "Voltage Test", insert your meter leads in these to test.
4. Read the voltage on your voltmeter.
5. You are done. Disconnect your meter and the Triplet ET200
