Qnap TS-251 red lights fix

Steps:

1. Start by taking out disk trays
2. Remove 2 screws

3. Slide and remove the top cover

4. Remove 4 screws, then take out the metal thing with the PCIe card.

5. To remove the fan, remove 4 screws securing the fan and disconnect the fan connector.

6. Remove 4 screws and take out the motherboard with the metal casing

7. Remove 4 screws and slide out the motherboard from the casing

8. Connect these 2 pins with 100 ohm resistor
9. I recommend wraping the resistor's legs with a tape or something to prevent a short
