Steps:

1. Use a flathead screwdriver or pry tool to pry open the trim paneling at the base of the sideview mirror.
2. Insert tool and pry carefully to avoid damaging the panel.

3. Pinch the wire harness retaining tab and disconnect the wire harness in the center of the three bolts.

4. While holding the mirror, remove the three hex nuts using your socket and ratchet extension.
5. Ensure you are holding the mirror so it does not fall to the ground after removing the bolts.

6. Pull off the side view mirror.

8. Insert the new side view mirror by lining the bolts up with the three holes.
9. Make sure bolts are aligned with holes and that the mirror is flush with the car.

10. Insert and fasten the three hex bolts.

11. Reconnect the wire harness.
12. You do not have to pinch the lock tab when reattaching.

13. Align the plastic protrusions with the holes and push the trim paneling back into place.
14. Trim paneling is secure when you hear a clicking noise from the plastic connection.
