Steps:

1. Unplug the fan from its outlet before beginning disassembly.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw securing the front and back grills.
3. Remove the front grill.

4. Remove the fan guard by turning it to the right.

5. Pull the the fan blades off of the fan axle.

6. Turn the white plastic bracket to the left and remove it.

7. Remove the back grill.

8. Remove the three 1.2 mm Phillips screws that secure the motor cover.

9. Remove the motor cover.

10. If the fan is too loose or wobbling, tighten the screw to secure the movement.
11. If the fan is stuck and not turning, loosen the screw slightly to free up the mechanism.
12. Test the fan after adjusting to ensure smooth movement.

13. Check the side screw for any necessary adjustments and tighten if it's loose.
