Steps:

1. Remove all eleven 5 mm screws on the back panel with a JIS #000 screwdriver.
2. Gently pry off the back cover.

3. Detach the fan connector from the motherboard.

4. Remove the 5 mm screws from the fan using a JIS #000 screwdriver.

5. Carefully lift out the fan and heat sink from the motherboard.
