Steps:

1. For your safety, unplug all peripheries, discharge the battery below 25%, and power down your device before beginning disassembly.
2. Unscrew and remove the T5 Torx screws that secure the lower case:
3. Six 6.5 mm screws
4. Four 5 mm screws
5. Insert a Jimmy into the seam between the lower case and chassis.
6. Pry around the entire perimeter until the lower case fully releases.
7. Remove the lower case.

8. Use tweezers or your fingernails to gently "walk" the battery connector directly out of its motherboard socket.

9. Disconnect the two Wi-Fi module coaxial cables.
10. Unseat the Wi-Fi module cables from the retaining hooks along the perimeter of the fan.
11. Remove the three 3 mm Phillips screws that secure the fan.
12. Gently disconnect the fan connector from its motherboard port.
13. Remove the fan.
