Steps:

1. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the eight 14 mm screws that secure the bottom shell.

2. Gently lift the the bottom shell up and off.
3. If you encounter resistance, double-check for any hidden screws that may have been overlooked.

4. Press the tabs on each side of the brush cover to remove it.

5. Lift the first brush roll out from its housing.

6. Lift the second brush roll out from its housing.
