Steps:

1. Flip over the device
2. Remove the batteries.

3. Using a Philips #00 screwdriver, remove the screws and set them aside.
4. Pull of the back of the radio.

5. Remove the battery springs from the casing by pulling them up.

7. Unscrew the main board

8. Lift up the main board and use your other hand to pull the antenna from its socket
9. Main Board

11. Antenna Socket

12. Pull the red plastic strip from the casing using your free hand.

13. Remove the board glued to the speaker using your opening tool.
14. You will likely want some isopropyl alcohol to help you break through the adhesive more effectively.
