Teufel Rockster Cross battery replacement

Steps:

1. Insert a thin screwdriver into the outer holes of the front grille at the edge of the grille and use the outer rubber rim of the device as a lever. Pry the grille out all the way.
2. I have marked the points where the tabs are secured in the housing in red

3. Remove the rubber plugs from the screw holes marked in green
4. Remove the screws from all marked holes.
5. You can now pull the front part of the housing, with the speakers, forward and away from the body.
6. CAUTION: Make sure that the rubber seal remains in the groove of the front element.

7. The battery is located at the bottom (marked in red).
8. The circuit board is located at the top. It is glued to the bottom of the body.
9. CAUTION: Do not remove the adhesive from the body, as it also contains the ribbon cable for the buttons on the back of the device.

10. Disconnect the three yellow connectors to remove the front panel.

11. Disconnect the yellow-marked connector from the battery.
12. Cut the cable ties from the bar on the left side. See green markings.
13. Now you can remove the battery from the holder at the bottom of the body, by turning it.
