Steps:

  1. Place your Blackberry face down in front of you.

  2. Locate the indent on the bottom of the back cover.
  3. Use your fingernail to lift and remove the back cover.

  4. From the top, use your fingernail to lift and remove the battery.
    5. Step image
  5. Make sure phone is face down with the battery removed.
    6. Step image
  6. Place thumb on bottom of SIM card. Apply light pressure and slide SIM card up.
