Steps:

  1. The first step here is to remove the flap covering the USB plugs.
  2. Start by opening the flap as much as it will open, but don't force it.
  3. Once open, grip one side of the flap and gently pull away from the rest of the device straight upwards.
  4. Be careful when pulling, as there is a chance that the peg holding the flap on could break off.
