Steps:

  1. Slide back cover down with hand in the direction of the arrow on the cover
  2. Gently remove back cover
  3. Remove the battery by inserting the plastic opening tool into the groove and gently prying it out

  4. Remove all of the screws on the back of the phone using a Phillips head screw driver
  5. Slide out the SIM card from the phone

  6. Using the plastic opening tool, pry off the shell of the phone, revealing the motherboard

  7. Using the plastic opening tool, gently pry the motherboard out (while doing this be sure not to pull on the mother board as it is attached to the touch screen)
  8. Starting at the top left corner of the screen (with phone face down), insert your plastic opening tool and work down the left side.
  9. The screen should be loose now making it possible to remove it from the case by hand (try not to touch the actual screen, only the side or back).
  10. This completes the tear down of your LG-T310 Cookie
