Steps:

  1. Carefully rotate the plate with the old ear pad counterclockwise to release it.

  2. Remove the old ear pad.

  3. Carefully pull the new ear pad over the plate. This sometimes takes a few attempts - make sure you are pulling the ear pad over the same side again. The plate will later be attached to the headphone with the flat side.

  4. Place the plate back onto the headphone and tighten it.
