Steps:

1. Remove the 4.1 mm screws with a T5 Torx screwdriver.
2. Remove the 4.1 mm screws using a JIS #0 screwdriver.

3. Use an opening pick to pry the corners of the keyboard deck.

4. Use an opening pick or opening tool to pry around the sides of the keyboard assembly.

5. Lift the keyboard assembly to expose two ribbon cables.
6. Lift the two plastic tabs that hold the cables in place on the motherboard
7. Slide the ribbon cables out of each connector.

8. Remove the keyboard assembly from the rest of the computer.

9. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the four 2.5 mm-long securing the trackpad bracket.

10. Pull back the electrical tape.
11. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the trackpad.

12. Remove the trackpad.
