PSP 3000 Power Switch Circuit Board Replacement

Steps:

1. Push the latch and detach the battery panel to expose the battery pack.
2. Take the battery out.

3. Remove the all screws seen and the hidden screw.

4. Remove the screwed panel on the opposite side of the PSP.

5. Rotate your PSP so that the bottom is facing you and remove the remaining screws.

6. Rotate once more with the top facing you and unscrew the last screws.
7. The front panel of your PSP can now be lifted off and expose inside the body of the PSP.

8. Carefully take out the power switch circuit board on the bottom right side of the PSP.

9. Use your finger nails to lift the black latch shown in the picture.
10. Remove the ribbon wire.

11. Insert the new power switch circuit board.
12. Latch the ribbon wire onto the black latch.
