Steps:

1. Remove the seven  5 mm screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
2. Pry the back open with a plastic opening tool, working around the edges until all the retaining clips are disengaged.

3. Remove the two Phillips 3 mm screws connected to the battery using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
4. Carefully lift the battery and unplug the battery cable from the device.
5. Remove the battery from the laptop.

6. Remove the single 3 mm screw using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

7. Gently lift the headphone jack and remove the cable tape from the motherboard.
8. Remove the headphone jack from the device.
