Fluent Pet Speak Up! Button Teardown

Steps:

1. Despite its smooth appreance and lack of visible screws, the Fluent Pet Speak Up! button can be easily opened using simple tools.

2. On the underside of the device, you will find 3 rubber feet. These can be removed with your fingernail, a screwdriver, or a spudger. Underneath these rubber feet are 3 screws which can be removed with a #1 Phillips screwdriver.

3. Now that the 3 screws are removed, we can see the inside of the Speak Up! button. The speaker wires are poorly soldered on, and can be easily dislodged if your pet is forcefully pressing the button. Thankfully these can be soldered back together easily. The microphone, button, and even the controller can be replaced realtivly easily.
