Steps:

1. Use the interior trunk release to open the trunk.
2. Peel back the perforated carpet flap behind the taillight to reveal the rear of the left-side light assembly.

3. Squeeze the two plastic tabs on the top and bottom of the bulb holder to release it from the housing.
4. The plastic tabs may snap if the bulb connector is pulled out without squeezing them.

5. Gently squeeze the tabs and pull the upper connector straight out of its socket.
6. Pull the bulb tray out of the housing.

7. Push the burnt-out bulb down, turn it to the left, and lift it out of the tray.

8. Insert the new bulb into the empty socket, press down, and turn it to the right until it locks into place.
