Steps:

1. Unscrew and remove the lower cup and pull off the wick.

2. Pull the jet and emulsifier tube down and out, then unscrew the jet from the emulsification tube.

3. Pull one strand out from the bunch in a 10 to 18-gauge stranded wire.
4. Run it through the inside of the jet.

5. Use a 1/8" Allen key to remove the bolt on the top of the stove.
6. Remove the burner from the stove.

7. Pull out the diverter plates and MAKE SURE to keep them in order.
8. Soak them in hot water and mild dish soap.
9. Use a toothbrush or nylon scrubbing pad to clean each of the diverter plates.
10. Rinse them thoroughly and allow them to dry.

11. Reinstall the Allen bolt and tighten it by hand.
12. Do not overtighten the bolt.

13. Use the wrench that is included with the stove to reinstall the jet.
14. Avoid overtightening when installing the jet.

15. Use the Allen wrench to loosen the bolt again just enough so everything can move.

16. Reinstall the emulsification tube so it sets into the recess on the stove body.

17. Reinstall the wick and cup, then tighten the Allen bolt on the diverters.
