Steps:

1. Locate the glovebox on the passenger side of the vehicle dashboard.
2. Pull the handle to open the glovebox.
3. Remove all Items from inside the glovebox.

4. Locate the rubber stoppers on both sides of the glovebox.

5. Pull the side of the glovebox inward and push down to release the plastic stopper.
6. Apply steady pressure if the stopper does not release easily.

7. Pull the opposite (left side) of the glovebox inward and push down to release the second plastic stopper.
8. Apply steady pressure if the stopper does not release easily.

9. Gently press both sides of the glovebox inward, then lower it to access the cabin air filter compartment.

10. Press the tabs on both sides of the air filter cover inward, then pull the cover toward you to remove it.

11. Gently pull the old air filter straight out of the compartment.

12. Insert the new cabin air filter into the compartment.
13. Write the day or mileage on the filter for future maintenance tracking.
14. Ensure the arrows on the side of the filter are facing downward when installing.

15. Align the air filter cover with the housing and push it into place until the side tabs click securely.

16. Lift the glovebox back into position.
17. Reinsert the rubber stoppers by pushing them into the hole and sliding them upward until they lock in place.
18. It might take a few tries.

19. Reinsert the second rubber stopper by pushing it into the hole and sliding it upward until it locks in place.
20. It might take a few tries.

21. Close the glovebox.
