Steps:

1. Press the start button one time (make sure your foot is off of the break) to turn the car on without actually starting the engine.
2. After the car system has turned on, click the start button one more time in order for the car's ignition system to recognize the wiper service command you will perform in step 2.

3. Push the wiper stalk (arm/lever) up and hold it for 5 seconds to lift the wipers up .
4. The windshield wipers should swing up and stay up in that position.
5. This is called putting them into service mode.

6. After the wind shield wipers have swung up, lift the old windshield wiper up and off of the windshield.
7. Make sure to firmly hold it so that it doesn’t snap back down on the windshield.

8. Tilt the wiper blade down and towards the front of the car so that it is horizontal at a 90 degree angle.

9. Pull and slide the wiper blade out from the base of the wiper towards you.
10. If it doesn’t slide off easily, slightly adjust the angle of the wiper blade and try again until you can get it to slide off without forcing it to break.

11. Take your new wiper blade and hold it at the same horizontal, 90 degree angle you used to take the old blade off.
12. Line the small hole in the wiper blade up with the small metal pin on the base of the wiper.
13. Once they are lined up, slide the new wiper in until you hear a click.

14. Give the new blade a slight tug to make sure it's secure. If it feels loose, just push it in again until you hear it click in place.

15. Slowly lower the wiper arm back down onto the windshield without letting it drop, because it can hit the glass pretty hard.

16. Once you feel like the windshield wiper is secure, turn your car on and test the wipers to make sure they're working smoothly.
