Steps:

  1. Power off and unplug your PC.

  3. Push down on the clamp and remove the graphics card and set aside.
  4. Most CMOS batteries in PC's are under the graphics card on most motherboards.

  6. Push the silver pin down.
  7. The battery should spring up.
  8. If you're having trouble removing it by hand, use a plastic spudger to lift the edge of the battery and then remove it.

  10. Insert the new CR2032 battery into the holder.
  11. Push it down to lock it into place.

  13. Reinstall the graphics card.
  14. Make sure to hear click when reinstalling the graphics card.

  16. Reconnect the power cable to the PC, then turn it on.
  17. Push your power cable in before turning on.

  19. The boot option should pop up.
  20. Click F1 to run.

  22. Push the F1 key and press "OK" to enter your lock screen.
  23. You should be set after that and have a working PC.
