Steps:

1. Remove the four skates on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Take care not to warp or tear the skates if you intend to reuse them.

3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 5 screws (one 2.5 mm screw and four 9.0 mm screws) on the bottom of the mouse.

4. Open up the mouse without disconnecting wires.

5. Take out the LED diffuser.
