Steps:

  1. Search for the left/right side of the V-moda Crossfade II Wireless.
  2. The left side has a grey letter L whilst the right side has a red letter R on top of the speaker.
  3. Pinch the bottom of the ear pad and lift it up to remove it.

  4. Remove all six 10.1 mm screws that secures the driver assembly that you need to replace with a Phillips screwdriver.
  5. Lift off the driver assembly with care not to strain the connected wire.

  6. Desolder the driver assembly connections.
