Steps:

1. Use the iOpener around the front of the speaker housing to loosen the adhesive.
2. Use an iFixit opening tool to separate the front cover of the device.

3. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove eight 12.0 mm screws along the edges of the speaker.
4. Remove the speaker from the casing.
5. Do not pull the speaker out completely, as it is still connected to the motherboard by a cable. Lift it gently from the case to access the solder joints.

6. Use a soldering iron to desolder the speaker wires and remove the old speaker.
