Steps:
- This disassembly is pretty straightforward. Using a simple Phillips screwdriver and making sure your vacuum is off, flip it upside down, and then you will remove five big screws and the two screws that retain the wipers.
- then you can take off the plate and wipers. do check the form of the base of the wipers for future reference! important!
- the battery connector was a pain to remove. you have to be really careful, you know, just to not snap the connector off. just use whatever double-sided tape you may have lying around so it can fit snugly in the compartment. Just make sure the replacement battery fits okay so it doesn't move, rattle, or disconnect when it's cleaning.
- reverse process for everything here. remember the hole shapes of the wipers so they can fit properly! and you're done!
