Steps:

1. Make sure the headphones are off and unplugged from any devices.
2. Remove leather headphone cushion by pulling edge towards middle of headphone.
3. It should slip off the device.

4. Carefully peel back foam pad to prevent tearing.
5. It is glued at both the top and bottom.

6. Use the T6 torx screwdriver to remove the three screws holding the speaker in place.
7. To avoid stripping screws, be sure to use the right screw bit oriented perpendicular to the face of the screw.

8. With the speaker removed from the speaker module, clip the black and white wires on the back of the speaker, as shown.
9. Solder wires onto corresponding pads of replacement speaker.
