Steps:

  1. Shut water off hot and cold
  2. Step image
  3. Loosen set screw and remove faucet handle
  4. Use caution as this may be tight and need some force to remove

  6. Using channel lock pliers or pipe wrench remove locking cap to expose valve.
  7. Be careful not to scratch finish. If your cap does not have grooves at the top use a towel to avoid scratching

  9. remove cam and ball assembly by pulling up
  10. Note that arrow on cam assemmbly points to front

  12. Remove seat assembly using an allen wrench or phillip head screwdriver
  13. Step image Step image
  14. Replace seat assembly using allen wrench or phillips which keeps you from loosing the spring.
  15. Lightly press on seat assembly to seat it

  17. Install ball assembly making sure tab in faucet assembly is inserted in ball housing slot
  18. Install cam assembly make sure tab on cam is inserted in slot on faucet housing. Make sure the arrow is pointing forward
  19. See picture with the allen wrench pointing to the arrow on the cam assembly. Remember the opening on the cam assembly is the arrow. Press the cam assembly into the faucet housing. With all the new seats, balls, and cam assembly, this can be difficult.

  21. Hand tighten plus a little turn with channel lock pliers. Do not over tighten or scratch finish.

  23. Turn on water and check for leaks at faucet and spout

  25. Insert ball stem into hole in faucet handle and tighten set screw
