Steps:

  1. The ear cushions are removed from the device by slightly different methods.
  2. To remove the left ear cushion (the side with the boom), rotate the cushion counter clockwise as far as it can turn, then pull the ear cushion straight out from the device.
  3. To remove the right ear cushion, rotate it clockwise as far as it can turn, then pull the ear cushion straight out from the device.
