Repairing Nokia Lumia 620 On / Off Swith

Steps:

  1. open the cover
  2. remove battery
  3. remove sim tray
    4. Step image
  4. remove screws
  5. disconnect connectors
  6. remove main board

  7. first picture: the problem with the switch
  8. second picture: you see clearly that the switch isn't in the right position
  9. so I added a small piece of plastic to prevent the switch to move back. That worked for me
  10. Note: make sure that the plastic is not too big. You have to make sure that the sim tray fits in again!
