Steps:

  1. Switch-off the laptop and remove the battery.
  2. To remove the keyboard lift it from one side by using cutter. Now open 4x locking clips at the upper side on the keyboard.

  4. Open the keyboard flex cable connector and remove the KB.
  5. Open the RAM memory cover.
  6. The DVD drive is held by one screw. After unscrewing, you can remove the drive.

  9. 4x screws M 2,5x5,0
  10. Power switch cable connector
  11. Mouse pad cable connector
  12. Hot keys cable connector
  13. After removing all the screws and opening all the connectors, you can remove the upper case.

  15. Eject the Card Reader Blanking Plate.
  16. Disconnect the LCD display flex cable.
  17. Disconnect the WiFi and Bluetooth coaxial cables.
  18. The LCD display hings are held by 4x M 2,5x5.0 screws.
  19. Now you can remove the LCD display module.

  21. Unscrew 5x M2.5x5.0 screws.
  22. Disconnect the Loudspeakers cable connector.
  23. Remove the Daughter Bluetooth board.
  24. Start removing the mother board by lifting from the right side (near to the DVD drive connector).
  25. Be careful, there are connectors between mother board and another two additional small boards (charging port board and USB connectors, WiFi card slot board).

  27. Remove the Hard Disk drive.
  28. Disconnect the Fan cable connector.

  30. Remove the Heat Sink system.
  31. Clean the cooper contact surface.

  33. Disassemble the Heat Sink system to clean the fan and the radiator from inside.

  35. Clean the old thermal paste / compose from the CPU.

  37. Now put a new thermal paste / compose to the CPU. Cover all the surface of the CPU crystal with the thermo-compose.
