Steps:

1. First, try to pass the security with the Google account, registered on this tablet.
2. If you can't, then go to the next step.

3. Switch off the tablet and eject the memory card.
4. If you haven't memory card, you can use another, but it must be formatted at FAT32.

6. Dounload "cleandata.zip".
7. Direct link to "cleandata.zip"

8. Open "cleandata.zip" archive and copy contents to the ROOT directory on the microSD.
