Steps:

  1. SOFT RESET
  2. You can force your device to shut down in situations where it stops responding or won't restart normally. No settings or personal data get deleted.
  3. Micro SD card cover
  4. Micro USB connector cover
  5. Micro SIM card cover
  6. Open the micro SIM card cover and you will see a small red button. Press it and you will feel three vibrations and device will shuts down.

  8. Go to Settings > Backup & Reset
  9. You have option to backup your data (you must have Google account).
  10. After Factory data reset the smartphone will restart.
