Steps:

1. Run your prying tool along the front edge of the device to pop off the front cover.
2. Once the halves are separated your device should look like this.
3. Be careful of the device's small wiring when separating the two halves.

4. Remove the black tape.
5. Be careful not to remove the tablet camera.

6. Use a soldering iron to remove the battery from both its attachment points.
7. Pry off the battery using an opening tool.

8. Insert your replacement battery in the same spot as the old battery.
9. Tape battery into place.

10. Solder the new battery to the connection points.
11. Press the back cover on firmly until it clicks.
