Steps:

1. Pry with a plastic opening tool, or your fingernail, in the divot at the bottom left corner of the phone.
2. Lift the rear case by the corner nearest the divot and remove it from the phone.

3. Remove the 11 Phillips #000 screws.
4. The midframe should lift free.

5. Use the tip of a spudger to pull back the yellow tape covering the battery connector.
6. Use a pair of tweezers to pull the battery connector from its port.
7. Be careful not to tear the battery from its connection.

8. Carefully remove the motherboard from the rest of the phone.

9. Use a pair of tweezers to disconnect and remove the front facing camera from the motherboard.
