Sony Xperia Z3 Dual Earpiece Speaker Replacement

Steps:

1. Power off and remove two SIM card trays at first before earpiece speaker replacement.

2. Heat to soften back cover adhesive sticker.
3. Use suction cup to open a gap and insert into the guitar pick.
4. Slide guitar pick to cut the sticker.

5. Remove back cover.

6. It's easy to remove the battery.

7. Twist off two screws at first.

8. Remove three pieces of securing bracket.

9. Release all the connectors connecting with motherboard.
10. Pry motherboard up from left side. It's really hold tightly by some hidden keys, so be careful.
11. Remove motherboard.

12. Remove the blocker beside earpiece speaker and you can see the breakout to pry up the speaker.
13. Remove earpiece speaker finally.
