Steps:

  1. Press the grey dust cup release button and gently pull the dust cup towards you.

  2. Twist the exposed, black HEPA filter cover, found underneath the removed dust cup, to the left (counterclockwise) until it releases.

  3. Pull the grey handle on the HEPA filter to remove the used HEPA filter.
