Steps:

1. Switch-off the phone.
2. Remove the Battery cover and the battery.
3. Remove an inserted SIM and Memory cards.

4. Remove 9x Phillips screws.
5. With a plastic tool remove the Back cover.
6. The Vibrator is on the other side of the back cover

7. Disconnect one by one:
8. Earpiece/Loudspeaker/Audio Jack connector module flex cable
9. LCD Display flex cable
10. Charging Dock/Antenna/Mic module flex cable
11. Coaxial Antenna cable
12. Carefully remove the Logic Board.

13. Main / Rear Camera
14. Front Camera
15. With a plastic tool open the Camera flex cable connector.
16. Carefully remove the camera.
