  1. Switch-off the Laptop and remove the battery.
  2. The HDD/Memory Cover is held by 3x Phillips screws. Remove them.
  3. Remove the Cover.

  5. For ThinkPad Edge E530 you can install 2x modules DDR3 SODIMM up to 16GB.
