Steps:

1. Remove battery by pushing the two tabs and pulling the battery outwards slowly but firmly.

2. Slide a spudger under the outer plastic cover of the laptop
3. Pull off the plastic cover of the laptop.

4. Push both tabs outward to release the memory module

5. Grasp the memory module by the edge and pull gently to remove it
